NaNoWriMo status: Fail

So, not long after my previous post, I… crashed? I’m not sure what to call it, but although I had a good idea of where I wanted the story to go, I couldn’t make myself sit down in front of my keyboard long enough to write it. Kinda frustrating, but there’s nothing I can do to force myself to write… 😐

Anyway, my final word count for the month was 31,440. Which, admittedly, is still a huge chunk of writing, but it doesn’t make the NaNoWriMo goal of 50k words, let alone my personal goal of 60k.

So now what, you may ask? Well, this project is on hold, but I’m not tossing it away. (That’s what I said about my previous NaNoWriMo project too; it’s still waiting for further attention. 😦 ) Nevertheless, I’m going back to my webnovels for this month; specifically, I’m going to reread what I’ve written so far for Anubai Hero, and aim to release a new chapter by next Friday. Assuming no major catastrophe in the meantime, of course.

Now. If you are interested in reading the Google Doc for my unfinished project, I’m going to post it below. Just be warned: the novel is unfinished. The story dead-ends with no conclusion. There has been no editing. There is no resolution to anything. Everything is subject to change.

If after all that, you are still interested, go ahead and give it a look:

As for other things, well, I may or may not post a few more gameplay videos this month. Webnovels come first, though, so we’ll have to see. Have a good one, y’all, and have a great holiday season. 😀

Teaser: Anubai 14

Hey, everyone! To the surprise of absolutely no one, this week’s chapter is not finished yet. (You’re not surprised, right?) You probably think that it’s because I procrastinated while putting together models and playing games about cute girls creating bombs. Let me assure you, nothing could be further from the truth.

Yeah, I lied. It’s totally because of that. But I got to blow up Archliches (Archlichi?), so it’s ok! 😛

Anyway, here is a teaser for the next chapter… which I won’t guarantee by Sunday, but early next week. We’ll see. Continue reading
